1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from us and in cases where there is a verified issue caused on our side, such as receiving an incorrect product or an item that arrives damaged or defective. To qualify for a return, the item must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase and must be reported to our support team before any return shipment is made.
Customers are required to contact customer support first to receive return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be received or processed, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement in such cases. Please do not use the address on the package label as a return destination, as it may not match our designated return facility.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging wherever possible. Certain goods are not eligible for return, including perishable items, personal hygiene or intimate products, hazardous materials, and other restricted categories.
We may refuse returns that show signs of use, damage not caused by us, missing components, or items returned beyond the allowed return window. Returns requested after the specified timeframe will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are not provided for orders that are successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, including cases where delivery failure is due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.
4. Refund Timeframe
We offer refunds for items reported as damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, please send us clear photos of the damage or defect within this period. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since you received the item, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within a limited time frame after purchase by contacting customer support. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for refund.
