Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 12 to 20 days, depending on your location. Please note that during holidays or peak shopping seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased demand and shipping delays.

Why Items May Ship Separately

If you’ve ordered multiple items, you might receive them in separate shipments. This is because we source products from different warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Some items may need to be shipped separately due to size or availability issues.

Each package will have its own tracking number, so you can easily track the progress of all your shipments. We work hard to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, even if it means multiple shipments.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change, but due to our fast order processing, cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is being processed, we are unable to cancel it.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Once your order is processed and shipped, we can no longer modify the shipping address. Please ensure that all your shipping details are accurate before submitting your order.

Size

If you discover that you have selected the wrong size by mistake, please contact us immediately. To avoid any inconvenience caused by sizing issues, we strongly recommend that you carefully verify your measurements before making a purchase.

Product Care Instructions

To keep your leather shoes looking fresh and lasting longer, clean them regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a leather cleaner that’s suitable for your shoe type. After cleaning, apply a leather conditioner to maintain the suppleness of the material.

Avoid wearing them in heavy rain or extreme conditions, and always store them in a cool, dry place when not in use. When not wearing, stuff your shoes with tissue paper or shoe trees to help maintain their shape.

Make sure to check the care label on each item for specific instructions. Proper care will help maintain your item’s quality and look.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to review product details and sizing information carefully before making your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible via email or our self-service chat. We’ll promptly address the issue and work to resolve it.
